Most likely

The room is clean and tidy. But we feel that the Breakfast can better as it run out of food about 9.30am. We have our dinner in the cafe but hope the quality can be better.

"I only stayed one night at the Shanghai City View, but it was clean and well presented. The bathroom was clean and well presented. I did try and order room service one day, but was told to come down to the resturant... which kind of defeated the purpose of "room" service, so I didn't bother. So I'm not sure what the food was like, but the service was good and they were very obliging with organising a late check-out for me. I will stay here again when in Shanghai."
