| "My booking is on deluxe room and was given a room 1 floor before the club/executive floor. The room overal design is good except that the furniture is slightly worn out. The king size bed is also acceptable although no where near the Westin Heavenly bed. Amenities wise is all you could expect from a five stars hotel.
The bathroom standard however is below my expectation. Having a smaller bathroom, there is no separate bath and shower and the tiles is an older generation 25 x 25cm in size.
On service wise, I personally think that the hotel could improved its Service by projecting a more warm and friendly feeling. For now, you only get the answer on the question you ask. nothing more or less. The staff never take initiative to help and only render it when you ask.
Initially i have a problem with the transportation. That was before i discovered that the Subway/Metro is just 10 minutes walk. Hotel charges RMB1,300 (per 4 hours min) for a transport.
Overall, i will give this hotel a miss on my next return trip." |

| "The reception staff were great in assisting with lost luggage from our carrier. The room service was prompt, the staff were polite . The room carpet was starting to show age but the bed, linen, and bath room towels were all immaculately clean and changed daily . TV channels for English were limited , but what the heck , came to see China not watch the telly. In house fitness , hot tub and steam room coupled with good quality massage service were very good but a little pricey. Tattlers service was good and the breakfast menu catered for all nationalities. " |
