| "Ramada Plaza Shanghai is located right in the middle of the commercial street, Nanjing Road. It is the center of Shanghai's tourist destination. The hotel is also a few meters away from People's Square where travel to any part of the city is very convenient thru the Metro Lines.
The hotel is in the center of all the actions are.
The free WI-FI access adds convenience.
I will surely go back to Ramada Plaza the next time I visit Shanghai.

| "The best thing about this hotel is its location.
Its weakest aspect is that it lacks a hall where one can seat in peace for conversation, reading, etc. There is a microscopic business centre from which we were thrown out, once I tried to seat there with a colleague for a few minutes...
The employes at the reception and concierge desk were efficient and helpful, but other employes around the hotel did not speak a word of English and were occasionally rude.
We found insects in the room. " |

| "Great hotel and great location. A pity the cleaning staff can't provide full moisturising lotion bottles for the bathroom. When it ran out it wasn't even replaced. Everything else was great. Thank you." |

| "Great location for easy access to Nanjing Road and the Bund. Hotel staff very helpful for the English speaking travelers, knowledgeable of areas, good recommendations. Room in superb condition. Well worth the price." |
