I got to the room late at night and room was very cold and heater was cold and i got cold while i was in business tripe and i am not happy at all and i need you do something for me.

| "Location of this hotel is a bit far away from the main city. The hotel holds its claim to be a 5 star hotel but taxi's may cost a bit if you frequently travel to and from the city. Right next door is a shopping centre with a supermarket. Overall was quite pleased with every aspect of the hotel." |
