| "They don't seem to vacuum the carpet. There were water bottle and nuts under the bed left by previous guests. Bathroom smells, not cleaned thoroughly." |

| "The hotel was very centrally located for us. We were able to walk most places. The concierge was wonderful but the ladies at the front desk upon check in and out weren't very friendly, almost confrontational. They even tried to charge us for breakfast for three days, that we never ate. Double check your final bill upon departure.
Overall clean, centrally located, and quiet, which was surprising for such a big city." |

| "Location of the hotel very good as close to Bund, Nanking East shopping Road and other neighbourhoods. Room size on the small side. Internet in the room did not work and connection at the business centre very slow. This is a real drawback.
Breakfast ok. Overall service good. Worth the money I'd say." |

| "The Hotel was fine and the breakfast very good both service and quality of food. The Chineese resaurant in the evening we used it, was appalling the service was extremely bad and the food the worst I've every tasted it also made me ill the next day " |

| "Location of this hotel is SUPER, easy to get around in Shanghai bouth Puxi and Pudong side.
The only bad thing about the hotel is the breakfast, it´s not very good but there is nice places just around the corner where you get your brakfast easily." |
