| "I found the hotel very good value for money compared to the hotels in Shanghai however as a single traveller access to service at the hotel restaurants was limited to groups. I was told that not all restaurants serve single people which was disappointing. The other unfortunate experience was room service who began cleaning my room for the next person before I had even packed or checked out. I requested a non-smoking room when I booked on Asia rooms but was initially given a smoking room when I arrived . The hotel rectified this quickly once I drew it to their attention." |

| "The overall experience staying in this hotel was good. In fact, the environment is very nice as the hotel was built on the fish pond and the room is very spacious & clean. However, pls do not expect too much from this hotel as this is the only decent hotel around the area and there's basically nothing to see except the "yellow wine museum" within 10 mins walking distance. After all, Shaoxing is a very down to earth city." |

| "We stayed at this Hotel 2006-08-02. It was great. The service is good and the hotel-staf was realy helpfull. Food is ok. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is one of the cleanest you can find in this area. Also everyday there was an English speaking staf member prescent. The Business-center was really friendly, and helpfull. Internet was free of charge...." |
