My second stay in this Hotel, always a hearty welcome at the front-door and reception, polite and attentive staff, impressive architecture. Great Restaurants, excellent food and service. Quiet Place even it's located in the center of Shenzhen. To recommend is the Gold-Rush Bar, friendly Bar-Staff-Cold Drinks and cool Live-Music.

| "Perfect hotel with family trip. Very good restaurant and facility. Recommend to use Sauna. You may satisfy 100% due to good service and good clark. Very short distance to go Shunzhen shopping road. " |

| "We liked the hotel and facilities but when we arrived where told that if we paid 200 rmb each for the two nights we stayed with you then we would get special facilites, and we did but when we came to pay the bill we where charged 200 rmb per day ie 400 too much, we asked to speak to the desk manager who insisted we paid this so I said if we had to pay this we would never return to the hotel, we still had to pay, very upset as the deal had changed from our entry into the hotel, keep the money we will find other accomadation when we visit Shenzhen in the future." |
