| "I have keep my two luggages at the conceirge during the three days I went to Hong Kong. It is free and the reception on the conceirge is very courteos. Both luggages are safe. " |

| "From the moment I arrived to the time I departed the hotel, its staff and the service were excellent. Everyone was polite and courteous and the reception staff spoke very good English.
The food was very good, the room was clean, quiet and everything provided for. If you required anything extra, one quick phone call to reception and it's sorted. Bring in your own bottled water as theirs is a touch expensive but I found everything else just perfect and I will be staying there again. Getting around is easy by taxi( starts at 12.50 yuan). Buses are cheaper and plenty of them (but packed at rush hour). Never far from anything in Shenzhen. Back to Hong Kong airport is easy, just ask reception and they will sort everything out for you. " |
