| "Good location which a lots of sea food restaurants opposite the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. During early morning (3am) when I came back to the hotel, all the outside lights of the hotel were switch off probably the management wants to conserve energy but that creates a very gloomy atmosphere and environment." |

| "This hotel is located in the heart of shopping area, walking distance to major shopping malls and the famous Dong Men shopping area. Lohu Railway Station is just a stone throw away with easy access to Hong Kong. The hotel is well priced and provided comfortable and clean accommodation. The staff are friendly and most spoke reasonably good English. I would strongly recommend anyone considering travelling to Shenzhen to take this establishment into consideration." |

| "Hotel was very grand. Food on service was great. The beds, however were too had. Softer beds required.
Also hottub and sauna. Pool could be heated in the fall. Don Peters, Calgary, Alberta" |

| "Only complaint I have is that the beds are to hard for us Canadian, who like the bed more comfortable.
And not sauna's for the women. Otherwise the hotel was up to thestandard. Morning buffets were very good.

| "We stayed just for a day. My son loved the room so much that he didn't want to leave. The people at the front desk were very helpful.
The Chinese restaurant had friendly staff esp bcoz we were travelling with 3 kids. We would love to go back there again." |
