The hotel gives the traveller what they pay for, and this is very reasonable. I had a good night's rest, but was pleasantly surprised the next morning to see the scenery and the activity within a block's walk from the front of the building. An opportunity to see apartment life, market stalls and all sorts of activity. It was a pleasant stay.

| "Good value and excellent facilities. The location could be a little more central, as the hotel is on the Yantze River a little away from the center of activity. But the view is gorgeous and serene. The staff is attentive and tries hard to please." |

| "My wife and me had a pleasent stay at your hotel. The dinner and the breakfast were really Western like and delicious. We also appreciated the car-service to the airport in the morning. Next time we will come again! Petra and Erich Amling, Germany" |

| "We asked for a late check-out due to flight timings. The front desk lady officer serving us could not decide and asked a male colleague if it is allowed. This guy, without asking the reason, gave her a stern NO! We were so put off by his expression and attitude!! We never expected such reaction and he totally spoilt our mood! We would understand if the hotel is full on that day, but he didn't even try to get more information. Nevertheless, we went up to the room after checking in and found that the door lock is spoilt! We had to drag our luggages again to change room on another level. What luck! Later that night, we asked another staff for an extension of the check-out time and was granted. So this only goes to show that the previous male staff is either too lazy to find out more or simply doesn't have the service standards required by the hotel industry worldwide! Since they do not care for their guests, we promptly shifted to another hotel the next day. Well, they did not even bother to enquire why we suddenly checked out much earlier than the stated no. of days! That's it, we will not step into this hotel ever! They have non-existent customer service!!" |
