the Dynasty hotel was the best I have been in whole China I was surprice for the price I paid very good as well was a 4 star hotel the service was very good as well the food and is so refreshing to enjoy european meal , the room was very clear with all the service also the hotel provide many service as a hairdress , night club and massage I have got one massage it was not was we are use to but they really fix my back and my leg and it was the cheapest price in whole Xian , about location is about 10 min from donwton but if you take any taxi you could get there very easy or just take any bus to donwton for about 1 RMB my impresion about the hotel is excellent they welcome with a English interpreter and she introduce to all the service to the hotel plus the full information about Xian city also the hotel provide tours to the tarracota warrios and other mean touris visit. Just I wish the hotel give more picture about because you will be able to see how well is the Dynasty hotel Xian.

| "Overall very pleased with the room. The room size was larger than my expectation. Nice decor with window facing garden. Nice breakfast though price abit steep at RMB60 and in reality cannot finish all the food unless u are a big eater. If you forgo the bread, cakes, juices, the rate will be cheaper ( meaning it is a chinese buffet instead )
Room tends to get abit warm in the night. Not very sure the reason why even though we didnt adjust the aircon.
Alot cable tv channels to select from if u intend to stay in the room and "rot"
Location is away from city but easily accessible by cab. Take cab from the road nearer to drum tower ( About RMB 8... if u take from opposite road, u will clock and additional 10RMB +8RMB( though it is still cheap )

| "dynasty hotel was the best hotel that we stayed in during our visit to china.it was located very near to the Xi'an city wall making it ideal for visitors. the staff were very freindly and extremely helpful and the hotel facilities were very cleah and nicely furnished and decorated.we would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Xi'an " |

| "Unless you are Chinese, don't bother. They don't like you, they don't want you and they will not make your stay enjoyable.
The hotel is not located in a nice area (mostly electrical supply shops). If you lwant this area, the Purple Mountain Hotel across the street has a pleasant, helpful staff that speaks English.
While the room was nice (don't let them put you on the first floor which is a ground floor and less safe), the bathroom was small and the staff's unfriendly attitude tainted the hotel experience.
The 24-hour snack/concession area was great and the internet room was nice and always available, including USB port and printer.
Based on the staff's extremely poor attitude and lack of English skills, I would strongly recommend AGAINST this hotel, unless you are Chinese. The location is also a negative factor.
