| "Dear Friends,
Yesterday we came back from our China Trip, that was a great Trip and we would like to thank you for your good job and organization, we have been satisfied with almost every hotel EXCEPT the NEW WEST STREET HOTEL in Yangshuo. This hotel by itself is very comfortable with a good service, but we have had a very unpleasant problem with the desk office. When we arrived (like in all Chinese hotels), the girl asked us 800 yuan for 2 keys-caution, we though the price huge but we paid cash against a receive wrote in Chinese, stipulating that we had paid this caution,( but in fact with credit card, that was not the true).
The day we left, the same girl refused to give back the 800 yuan, she said “ you haven’t a receive on which it is stipulate you have paid cash!!!, despite a long argument, they never give the money back. We are quite sure that the front desk has it’s own organisation to cheat the foreigners. Please this must be pointed out to the management and new clients. One more thank you for your good job.
