The hotel and staff were very nice, friendly and extremely helpfull. The only concern was the room and hotel were very very hot, apart from that everything was excellent. It might be an idea to provide coffee and tea facilites in the room.
We have already recommended the hotel to friend who will be booking in the next 2-3 week.
Please thank your staff for making our stay so welcome.

| "Stayed at the U-Prince at the start of Janruary 2008.Easy booking in process,staff polite and efficient.Had a room on the top floor which was a bit on the small side but workable(No tea making facility)
The location is superb you are right in the middle of everything being situated in the old town square.Spent the end of every evening back at the hotel bar/restaurant to listen to a very good Jazz sextet.I would recommend to anyone who wants to see all the sites and wants good service" |

| "Location of hotel could not be better. We had ROOM 24 - excellent views of the old town square and Astrological Clock from both windows. The bathroom was large and just like the photos on their site. The only down side that we found with the room was the air con was not up to the job.
The ground floor is an open restuarant, although part of the hotel do not expect the same service as the main hotel. Very poor language skills, poor service skills and they do not seem to care when problems arise - which occurs regularly. Perfect place to have a beer and watch the crowds and entertainment of the staff getting another order wrong and giving the customer hassle about their order.:-)" |

| "I loved my time in Prague it is a beautiful place to stay. The hotel is in a perfect location,however very busy and the serving staff did not seem that keen at times. The Jazz was great and made it easier to stay in the hotel at night. The resterant on the roof was fantastic and I would definately recommend this to others." |
