| "The staff at this hotel is very accomodating and friendly. On our last night in Quito our flight left at 7 pm and they allowed a late check out so that we could enjoy our last day. The property is well maintained and modern with smart design. Very highly recommended and would stay here again." |

| "My wife and I travel a lot internationally but it was our first trip to Ecuador and we didn't know what to expect. We booked the hotel through Asiarooms and we were sceptical as we haven't really heard of this hotel. We proceeded to book anyway after reading the comments from various guests. I'd say this is a fantastic hotel that's ready to please its guests. Everybody from the security personnel to chambermaids were cheerful, courteous, helpful and very responsive to our needs. A few things here and there weren't working so well, but they were at our door within minutes of us ringing. No task was too unpleasant for them. They served us with a cheerful smile everytime from arranging for an early checkin to accommodating our request for a late check out. Location wise, it's right in the thick of the entertainment square, so the sounds of loud music and bands are there, but they have earplugs for that and they can always move you to a more distant room if you wish. We're in our 50's and we didn't find the music below offensive The decor is chic and modern and in-room internet is complementary, if you have a laptop. They are very responsive and bend backwards to please. There is no coffee and tea facilities in-room but there is a station in the lobby for you to make tea and coffee to bring up to your room. Transport to the CBD and other attractions are easy to arrange and inexpensive. Restaurants and food outlets are aplenty and so reasonably priced as well. One catch for elderlies is the lift ends on the mezzanine landing so that you have to walk up 10 steps to get to and from it, from the lobby. We'll certainly stay at The Nu House again. The staff has certainly won us over to this chic hotel." |

| "The hotel is perfect until the noise kills your sleep until 2AM due to the fact it is located just besides clubs. A hotel is a place to rest not just a cute design - good service place. If you cannot sleep, what's the use of going there. I have never been so serious." |

| "Great new boutique hotel at the centre of Quito's nightlife (Plaza Foch, Mariscal). The rooms are nice decorated, clean and a great shower. Very good located, the square in front of the hotel has a lot of nice bars, restaurants, terraces and an easy walk to other venues. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. For me the best location/hotel in town if you like some nightlife and want the restaurants nearby. During the day you can take a taxi (max 2 US$) to the old historic district and in the evening everything you need is in walking distance.
The hotel has WIFI but don't provide PC's but there are a lot of cybercafe's in the area. " |
