| "This hotel used to be known as Sheraton which is what my reservation said, so we had a bit of a problem locating it, but once we go there we were absolutely thrilled. It is only minutes away from the airport with free shuttle which worked great with my early flight. The pools are the best I've ever seen, the attendants are nice and thoughtful. Room is immaculately clean, it has little teamate and coffee set up for you to use and a minibar as well, with the only downside being that it is hard to find place for luggage to spread out. They give you that lovely Hibiscus juice as a welcome drink, a nice departure from the infernal Tang you get elsewhere. We had a great stay there, goofed in the pool for hours, ate like tourists at night, and slept like babies. The one thing is that the AC is not on a thermostat and the room is a bit colder that we'd have liked. It is also quite out of the way for Cairo in general, but for a short stay or just to relax after a week in the filthy city, it was a perfect end point to my vacation and surely, I'll be back there next time." |

| "first of all - this is not Sheraton hotel as published!!!! this should be corrected immediately! the hotel name is Heliopolis Hotel - used to be Sheraton sometime ago but not now.
having said that, the hotel is clean, efficient, and has all the facilities from leisure like pool, gym, tennis courts, and about 5 restauraunts.
the service is good, efficient. this is not a new hotel so it is not like clubs, but it's okay.
two things to improve: breakfast very poor not much to choose. also the hotel is 5 minutes from airport so it is about 25 minutes from city. if this bothers you take a closer hotel." |

| "Arrived at hotel to which no booking reservation was confirmed due to non-reecipt of fax from Gullivers. hotel aqsked me to phone Gullivers - I provided the detaqils to the hotel and refused ot phone Gullivers.
Staff were ineffiecient rude and useless. Even when the hotel manager attended to my problems after much ranting and raving - he was less than gracious and certainly not helpful.
So I would suggest give htis hotela big miss in terms of the service. For a Sheraton it was attrocious service.

| "we had 2 rooms, paid the same price however our room was much smaller than our friends in the next room, also hair dryer no good, however the daily cleaning of the room was excellent,he made our stay very special and memorable, and i especially liked the extra touches e.g extra face cloths and extra bath room mats and rose petals on the bed for valentines, if possible please pass on our sincere thanks to him" |
