This hotel is past it's peak. Rooms are OK, but looking run-down and not very clean, service is poor and the breakfast is to forget - stale bread every day, very limited range.
Also location direct on the main road to pyramids means rooms even on the 4th floor are very load at night.
Is to expensive for what it offers.

| "This hotel had very friendly staff.
We had a bit of a problem with taxis finding the hotel but this was because the locals know the hotel as Gawharet Al Ahram Hotel and not as Husa Pyramids.
The food manager was very warm and welcoming and was nice to have a laugh with.
the view from the Panorama Terrace Restaurant of the Pyramids was amazing, it was nice to be able to see how close they were during the daylight and watch them light up during the sound and light show.
The rooms were comfortable and complete with fridges which occasionally were too cold turning our water to bottles of ice.
The only disapointing thing about this hotel was that is was smack bang in the middle of a busy street and built up area so all you could see from the windows of your rooms were the locals apartments and all you could hear was the constant horns of drivers on the main road. If you want a place to stay overnight as a stopover this is a good cheap hotel, if you want a hotel where you can relax by the pool and sunbathe for a week I recommend choosing another hotel." |
