First time stay at Shepheards. Overall the room and location was perfect. The only downsides were lack of internet connection in the bedroom, shower was not as good as it could be, and lack of room coffee/tea although the room service was quite prompt.

| "I never enjoyed my stay here. I requested for a double room and ended up in a room with two double beds. Room service didn,t exist as i asked for an item to be removed three times but nobody bothered. The location seemed as bad as a slum area. Overall disappointed." |
