My partner and I loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and sincere, especially the conceirge and the manager/owner of the Lebanese restuarant.
We only stayed one night but wished it was a lot longer, we were upgraded to a nile view and it made the stay even better. I would definitely pay for that room next time I visit. Everything about this hotel was beautiful. The pool, atmosphere, sunset (AMAZING!) and the rooms were nice and big! We will be back, when in Luxor next. Thankyou

| "The location, the service, the quality of the food, the swimming pool area, the cleanliness, the rooms & the shopping area were fantastic.
I would recommend this "all class" Hotel to all.
It is an oasis within the great city of Luxor. " |

| "This is one of the nicest hotel among all the accomodation that we have over our 15 days in Egypt. We also have been to Shapheard Cairo, Crowne Plaza Sharm, and others. This hotel is totally out of our expectation for its comford, coziness, cleanness, and nice people. The architecture design of the hotel is amazing. Just cant love it more!" |

| "A nice hotel, shame its packed to the gunnels with British holiday makers baking themselves to a crisp in the Sun.
If you were hoping for a quiet cultured holiday in Luxor think again, it has become the Benidorm of Egypt, many holiday makers move from their room to the pool and back again at the end of the day with occasional visits to the local bazaar for tacky souvenir buying. At the pool loungers are at a premium, unless you are willing to bribe the pool attendant to reserve one for you, by 8am none are to be had, however by 4pm when the pool is at its nicest and quietest, there is plenty of space.Pool is way to small for the number of guests and as a result,is pretty dirty with lots of crud floating in it.
Reception staff a little pushy, but quickly left us alone.Generally staff pretty lax, with service at the pool bar virtually non existent at times.
Food was generally good, especially the Italian restaurant.
Room was excellent, spacious clean and comfy.
Interior rooms overlook the courtyard and restaurants, where you are subjected nightly to the culture show, some pretty poor dancing and a nightly rendition of when the going gets tough, complete with audience participation!,not good if you need to sleep before 10pm.
We visited in the low season, would hate to see it when its busy." |

| "The breakfast excellent, so much variety. The staff most helpfull. The buffet lunch expensive. The stay most enjoyable. I went with my 16 yrs old son, and he wants to go back mainly because of the staff in the hotel, with whom he made friends. I too have an email or two of the staff with whom I will be keeping intouch.
Location was excellent, 10 to 15 mins walk to Luxor Temple, and the SOUK.
Better rate of exchange on Bristish pounds at the hotel then via the internet here.
Our room was big enough for the two of us with a balcony from which we had a beautiful view of the court yard, so in the evening we could see the evening entertainment, if we did not want to go down stairs. " |
