We stayed in the Hyatt in a clubroom which was very pleasant especially the benefits for the clubmembers,a comfortable clublounge where you can enjoy the early evening(international selection)drinks and snacks, and a private beach. The clubbeach was nice but not perfect. Especially the ugly surroundings from the direct neighbour (which was under construction)was irritating and could be easily avoided by the hotel. The hotel was completely full(like most of the big hotels in Sharm in October) what of course reduced the pleasant surroundings and atmosphere.

| "Beautiful Hotel, shame about the slow service.
On our first night we were given a ground floor room which was smelly and dirty, we thought we need to change Hotel but then the next morning we were given a really nice room on the upper floors. Should not happen but it did.

| "Really a very good hotel other than the MSG in the food. The hotel structure is a bit stretched but visually, it is stunning. The views of the Red Sea were wonderful. The snorkelling right off of the hotel jetty was perfect. On our last morning we saw a manta ray. The visuals underwater were like the Discovery Channel. The only draw back was the buffet food contained MSG resulting in a lack of sleep for our entire stay. Being on holidays and checking into the Hyatt, the use of MSG never crossed our minds until we were wrapping up the stay. Breakfasts and lunches being prepared pretty much to order were okay but buffet suppers were a nightmare. The Thai restaurant was expensive. What we paid $15 for in Thailand earlier on this year was $130 at this restaurant. " |

| "Hyatt Regency was below expections although the hotel is above average but probably not good value for the money. Location is a little isolated & costs fairly high to eat & drink at the hotel compared to local area. Overall the hotel is good but probably not the best with other hotels now available. We also stayed at the Hilton Fayrouz near the centre of Naama bay which was excellent for the service & staff attitude with perfect location within walking of most areas, and considerable less money than the Hyatt Regency.
