One has got to be happy with...
One has got to be happy with the location of the hotel. Close to the Adelaide Oval, City Centre, cafes, convention centres, and all the rest you would want to do in Adelaide.
Hotel includes all the best facilities that makes it a 5-star hotel, and its rooms are spacious with lovely bathrooms, and comfort one needs.
Anyone willing to stay in this hotel should be warned of hotels services to additional arrangements such as 2 single beds instead of 1 double bed, and extra linen if willing to sleep on the couch. I believe hotel proved to be very inflexible with such arrangements, as its services are done by the subcontractors who charge them extra money,so if you are not perfectly happy with if you are not happy with initial booking, I'd suggest you to seek another hotel.

fabulous room & view.Asked for early check-in.Not only didn't get it,but had to wait until almost 4pm for our room.Only other negative-pool was cold & spa was out of order-very dissapointing.

It was meant to be 4 stars plus, but the dishwasher did not work and I had a cold shower on the morning I was leaving. The hot water was also out of action the day before. I had to take the rubbish out myself to the bin etc..etc. And, above all, the management did nothing to stop the loud Chicago disco music on the bottom floor which is a bar licensed until 4am on Friday and Saturday night. It was dreadful. Pretty unlikely I would stay there again, and definitely not on Friday or Saturday night.

STAYED IN A TWO BEDROOM EXECUTIVE SUITE. THE SPACE WAS GREAT. THE VEIWS WERE WONDERFULL. CENTRALLY LOCATED WELL EQUIPT SELF CATERING APARTMENTS.

I stay in Adelaide at least twice...
I stay in Adelaide at least twice per year for business, and this is by far the best room I've had! An executive room includes a full kitchen (incl. fridge-freezer, oven, hobs, dishwasher & washing machine), and the bathroom includes a jacuzzi. Perfect if you want to self-cater. Broadband connection is an extra charge, but that's normal in Australia.
We were upgraded to a three bedroom...
We were upgraded to a three bedroom suite that was very spacious. The only problem was that Adelaide had a water shortage and our hot tub on our large corner balcony was decommissioned--(not the hotels problem), however, our jacuzzi in the master bathroom worked just fine!! A great spot.

Lovely, big apartment with a great view of the Adelaide Oval. Large living room and kitchen area with all mod cons, screened off from the bedroom. Also had a washing machine and dryer.
We are a family of 4 -...
We are a family of 4 - 2 adults, 15-yr old and 2-yr old. We stayed for 2 nights. The facilities were excellent except the bathroom is on the small side and the TV reception wasn't very clear. It is a 10-min walk to Rundle Mall which is ok unless it is raining. Check-in was a longer wait than usual as there seems to be a shortage of staff (reception were also answering external calls and enquiries). Cooked breakfast was sparse and very basic. We think it is value for money if you are staying longer as the laundry and kitchen facilities in the room were good. However, ask for a room facing the road and on a higher level as you can end up with one that doesn't get much sun, as ours did on level 4.
