The room service was very good, but the food lacked appeal. The Marinara dish was bland, the fruit salad didn't have a side of icecream/cream as advertised, the sundae was icecream and cream with topping and the cheesecake was premix.The pancakes were undercooked and tasted like they had never seen a real egg, butter or salt...large clag patties that couldn't be disguised by the maple syrup or unwhipped cream. There was no childrens menu and not much that would appeal to a child to choose from on the menu. The staff were curteous and very helpful, it was the food that let the hotel down.
