The service was really good with helpful and friendly staff. I would certainly reccommend this hotel for a romantic getaway in the city! We were there on our first night as a married couple and we enjoyed it!

The best hotel i have ever stayed...
The best hotel i have ever stayed in Australia so far. The room is spacious, toilet is big, view is excellent and service is great. Except for some maintainence work need to be done for the room lightings. In door swimming pool is a plus point and the gym is clean. Location is good, just 5 mins walk to Rundle mall or china town where all the shops and restaurants are. House keeping is prompt and there's even a pillow menu to choose from, how thoughtful. All toilet amenities are available, great for business travellers. Another thing worth mentioning is the professional attitude of the staffs, they greet every single guest and are helpful too. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our short stay and our only reservation about this hotel was with the bathroom. The washbasin was more trendy than functional and the faucet in the bath was obtrusive and could cause injury to the elderly or infirm. The staff were excellent in that they were helpful and cheerful at all times.

Good location near Rundle mall, friendly & helpful receptionists, king-size bed, beautiful marbled bathroom.
I stayed in a Superior room as a traveller and was impressed with it. The things I was disappointed with were amenities. No moisture lotion or bath gel. As I had such a beautiful bathroom I wanted to have a bubble bath. Thinking about the location, a nice view from the rooms might not be able to be expected... To be honest, I didn't mind the view.
If I go to Adelaide again, I will definitely stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel made us very welcome after our long flight, food was fantastic in the resteraunt. We even had a packed meal made up for us ready for a fishing trip the next morning at 6 am. rooms were brilliant. cant fault a thing . there was ten of on this trip and all of us rated this hotel the best one we had stayed in including sydney and perth.
