The hotel was at a good location. The room was clean and modern and we love the king size bed. The roof top garden was worth checking out. We booked the shuttle bus with the front desk but the bus didn't arrive that may be an issue with Skybus. Apart from that, we are pretty happy with our stay there.

We felt rushed at breakfast one morning, as if the staff couldn't wait to finish their shift. Apart from that,we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend it as THE place to stay in Adelaide.

Very friendly service. Big room and big bathroom too. Location ok, but hotel is situated between huge parking-houses, so the view out of the window is not nice. Also the roof-top garden is not worth the name - very small, expected a view over Adelaide, got a view over parkhouses instead.

Executive room was excellent. Only disadvantage is that hotel is located between parking houses and when looking out of the window you look into garages. Therefore we would not stay there again. But if one keeps curtains firmly closed everything is fine.

We were very impressed with the hotel staff, the room and the facilities. The self-service guest laundry is equipped with modern, efficient washing machines and driers. It was a pity we weren't staying long enough to picnic on the roof garden (picnic hampers were on sale).
The hotel is a pick-up point for day and half-day tours and on the shuttle bus route from Keswick station for Ghan passengers.
It is an easy walk to the University, the Art Gallery & Museum and the Pop-eye Jetty for trips on the Torrens River.
The popular shopping area can be reached on foot in under 15mins.
There is a good restaurant attached to the hotel and within a 20 min walk there are restaurants offering a wide variety of national cuisines.
In sum, We would stay in this hotel again and recommend it to any friends visiting Adelaide.
