The apartment is well located next to Ruddle Mall. Choice of eateries nearby also excellent. Easy access to tram and buses. Shopping aplenty. Friendly and helpful staff

I arrived at 8am and was told the apartment was not ready and that reception will call my mobile when it was. I checked back again before noon and was informed by the reception she couldn't call through and a bunch of people just checked in. There is only one room left which I took. It was down the far end of the hall on level one and when I opened the door it was dismal. The only window faced out unto a grey concrete wall 5 feet away. I immediately went back to reception and requested for another room. The girl informed me absolutely nothing else was available. I insisted she check again, finally called her manager and was told if I wanted another room I had to wait for another 2 hours. I said fine and around 2.30pm I was given a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the main street. It was a great room and I enjoyed my stay. Just be aware that the hotel has several types of rooms and there are those that are completely different from what is advertised.
Overall the apartment was really good. However we were put into a disabled room and not given the option to change when asked. The bathroom flooded when having a shower as there was nothing to capture the water.
Excellent Location in the City, next to shops, 3 mins to the train stations. This is my second stay in the hotel, it is clean, the staffs are nice, all the things are perfect except the cuttleries and the frying pan is a bit dirty. But overall is good.
A triumph of hype over substance; the main problem we had with the place was that the room layout was so atrocious. You needed a shoe-horn to get in and out of bed (no window in bedroom!) the bathroom was a design disaster (and arguably quite unsafe)and as for the "balcony", well that was your personal slum area with one window removed, the other one about to come off its hinges and every sign that the finishing off was never done properly.
The location didn't bother us but it would not be to everyone's taste as you are slap bang in the "exotic" area of the centre of town.
And to conclude, when we asked some hours ahead of leaving for a taxi to be booked it never turned up and I was left tramping the local streets frantically searching for a cab to take us to our next (time-fixed) departure point. Poor service that and no responsibility taken; pretty basic stuff too.
Am just back from Miller Apartments and I really enjoyed my stay there. All the staff were very helpful and nice, everything you would hope for. The apartment was nice and central with 24 hour reception, which is always reassuring. The rooms were spotless and stocked and tidied daily by really nice people. It was maybe a bit too good actually as I was really spoiled when I went to my next place (in Melbourne), which I didn't book through asia rooms. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended the apartments to a friend.
