It takes lots of effort to make a customer satisfied, as picky as we are nowadays… and it only takes minute to have an unhappy one…Having said that, the service can definitely be improved. Just take one example: we were told the breakfast finishes at 10:30, by rushing to the buffet at 10:15, it was closed already. According to the manager at the reception desk “Sorry, there is nothing we can do…” For us, it is hard to understand how difficult it would be to have some toast and coffee for 2 girls…
PS. The breakfast buffet is way under the expectation, might as well the worst I have ever had.
