More work needs to be done on the customer service @ the conceierge desk by staff.
requests need to be followed up & in our deluxe room our tv did not work properly.
overall it was fine but not value for money.

Rooms maybe a little tired but in general the hotel offers good value. The serious weak link was the service in the restaurant it was very poor and the dishes used by others appeared to remain on the tables until all the guests had long gone to bed. We experienced this on the first night of our four night stay, ate in town on the second night only to find on our return for a second try that poor service was the norm in this establishment. The front desk staff advised that they were short of personel and it was like it most of the year, attracting people to the region was never easy they said.Our advice eat out but enjoy the other services of the hotel.

We can absolutely recommend the hotel, we injoyed our stay in the hotel. The food was very well and the staff very friendly, the big room was clean and everything was ok.

An excellent hotel. Room was a very good size with excellent aircon. The staff were very helpful. We used the restaurant and found it also very good both for breakfast and dinner. One evening we hired the hotel barbeque and used the barbeque pack supplied by the kitchen as part of the packet. A good variety of foods were enclosed and all of good quality. All guests should try this for a different experience in the evening.
My only quibbles were that the hotel is quite far out from the town centre so walking (in the heat) is not advised - although the hotel does have a shiuttle and theer is a good taxi service locally. Also the swimming pool was too cold to stay in for any duration.

WE really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, very good service, great amenities, good casino. It was handy to the town centre, and handy for walks around Alice springs.
The only reason I would hesitate to...
The only reason I would hesitate to stay at the Cassino again is the distance from Alice Springs, it is fine if you are driving but we had to use a taxi as their shuttle bus only runs 3 times a day.
The hotel was lovely, great pool and gym, very clean, excellent breakfast and service, I would recommend this hotel.
