Poppy's is the perfect stopover on the New England Highway between Sydney and Brisbane/Gold Coast. An unforgettable, warm, and friendly farm-style Bed & Breakfast experience awaits you in this romantic and cosy atmosphere.

The charming turn of the century farmhouse on 140 acre farm is home to our to our family and a menagerie of farmyard animals. Nestled in an enchanting cottage garden, our guests enjoy the comfort and privacy of their own separate cottage.

The cottage is warm and snug with heating, electric blankets, fluffy doonas, and ironing utilities. Room features mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities and a barrel of homemade biscuits! Fresh flowers and a basket of fresh fruit, as well as extra bath towels are all provided. After dinner treats include English Fudge, chocolate peppermints and an opened bottle of port. There is a CD system, microwave and television (available on request) are all provided. Reading material from Byron to "The Three Little Pigs" is available for your perusal!

A hearty breakfast includes fresh and poached fruit, yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, farm eggs and bacon, plunger coffee, Twinings Tea ... and more!

Updating Rates

You can check in from 15:00. You need to check out by 10:00.

A 50% deposit will be taken at time of booking. A $30.00 handling fee is charged on all cancellations/date changes. For cancellations less than 3 weeks before your booking date, the deposit may be forfeited. Refund of your deposit is subject to the cottage being re-booked for your cancelled dates. We will do what we can to try to rebook these dates. Full accommodation/dinner costs will be charged on any booked dates cancelled less than 72 hours before the booking date.
