We are delighted to share some refreshing news with you in regards to the planned refurbishment and renovations at Sails in the Desert Hotel. The renovation will be administered in phases, and whilst it is designed to ensure any impact to our guests staying at the hotel during this period is limited, some noise and sight pollution will be evident during daylight hours. Alternative dining options are available within Ayers Rock Resort (between 31 Jan - 31 Jul 2012).

While the room was comfortable and the staff excellent, I did not think the hotel was anything special, certainly not 5 star. It was vastly overpriced!
