So close to everything (train station, shopping, good places to eat, sightseeing, etc). The service and accomodations was everything I could have wished for.
The hotel is very good in term of privacy and services, its short distance to cbd, I really enjoy staying in Ibis BNE, and will stay in Ibis when traveling back to Australia
Hotel was basic and refurbishment was a paint job! But as it was xmas holidays and the hotel in the business area of Brisbane it was quiet. Sister hotel facilities were able to be used which was exellent. If it was only adults staying there it would be good, Parking was $16 per day
Basic hotel. 3 star but some of the renovated rooms work up to be about a 4 star against some older hotels. Not much room service... had to get extra towels/pillow from reception instead of them sending it up! But can't complain about the pricing. Pretty close to queen street mall too. Ask for renovated rooms.
great location close to CBD and river.
When booked asked for river view - got a good one on the 15th floor.
Parking: - good value parking at sister hotel 50 metres around the corner.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Full buffet breakfast very good. If you book when you arrive at the hotel you get a $5 discount.
very pleased would stay again.
Ibis Brisbane probably best suits the business traveller. Location is very central. My only real quibble was to find I'd been allocated into a smoking room and then the only non smoking room available to me was up on the 16th floor to which there was no lift!
We's come to Brisbane to attend a show at the QPAC and for this the hotel was perfect as it was only a short stroll to the theatre's location at South Bank. The room was a very generous size and very clean with every amenity necessary. We would definately stay at the hotel again.
