Easy walk to the downtown, good view, friendly staff and comfortable room with enough space. Cost-perfomance is very high.

I found the hotel to be very...
I found the hotel to be very pleasant and staff extremely helpful - specially as arriving in room found it to have 1 double bed instead of 2 twin beds as requested - phoned reception to inform of error - Anita was the lass I dealt with - she was very apologetic and in less that 40 minutes had my girlfriend and self moved from 3rd floor to 10th floor with 2 double beds. My only minorly comment would be kinda girly - I need to have two towels cos of hairwashing - by the time I sussed only one towel per guest felt I'd harassed the majorly busy reception staff enough so did not request same - but I'm sure had I asked it would have happened.
