Good location
We were happy to be upgraded to a river view and the view was really marvellous and must count as the best thing about the stay.

We are extremely happy with this hotel - very pleasant, clean, spacious for a travelling family. The location is superbly located with shopping belt. Highly recommended for accommodation in Brishane city.
The rate for using internet is terrible....
The rate for using internet is terrible. It is robbery.
Sauna was not functioning.
Location is excellent.

Breakfast is rather poor, there was an easy temptation to skip it.

This hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance to the central transportation center, right on the bus line and an easy walk across the bridge to the south bank region of Brisbane. The room was large and clean. The hotel offers free internet which is great for travelers.

presentable reception areas although bedrooms in need of refurbishment. Hotel bar closed all over the Christmas period. No pre warning of this when booking. The only good point is the location.

Rooms are very new and clean. Much better than Ibis which we stayed for a day. Location is near main shopping area Queen street mall as well as Transit center. However, quite a long walk to Eagle Pier. Will stay there again
