The staff are very helpful and kind, the location of this hotel is also excellent! 2 mins walk to the treasury casino, Macy's shopping street (all major shopping here!) and 1 mins to all the night clubs in Brisbane city. Perfect!
However the room is very small, restroom is clean but a bit old. If you are aloneor a couple I would recommand but with more than 3 adult it could be a bit crowded.

Most pleased with my stay at this hotel as it was in a central location and the staff were very friendly and most helpful. The size of the rooms were adequate and comfortable and service requirements were excellent. The only downside is lack of facilities, the hotel has got a swimming pool but it was sealed off and was not repaired for your entire stay.

I had a great time there, it's only a 5 min walk to the nearest mall and there's more if you carry on walking plus there is a pancake place that's open 24hrs and it's tastarama. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful the food there is not too bad either. However the only downfall was the pool it was small but apart from that i would recommend this place.
