The only problem that I had was...
The only problem that I had was that there was a window in the bathroom that doesn't shut, so everything outside a guest could hear or listen to.

We arived 9am after a long overnight...
We arived 9am after a long overnight flight and was told we could not have a room until 2pm and there was no where we could sit or rest. We had to walk out in the rain until that time. We were very tired and not amused.
