Breakfast was paid for in addition to the booking fee, however, Lord Bryon Resort has not provided any form of breakfast to guests for some three years. I was advised that you were informed breakfast not supplied by the resort. Please arrange for the breakfast charge to be re-credit to my account.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lord Byron Resort. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The tennis facilities was a huge health and safety risk to anyone attempting to play. The tennis court was damaged and a risk to anyone using it along with the equipment supplied to play tennis. Using this facility to cause someone serious injury!
Our stay was very enjoyable and we will definetly be back.

Good location, 5min walk to centre of town. Basic hotel. No friendly staff, are rooms was not ready until after 4 o'clock no apology. Would not return.

The hotel pool was tiny, the spa did not work. The pool had dead flies and the chairs crawled with ants.
The stairs leading to the room had dead cockroachs for three days indicating that they had not been cleaned.

Customer service at reception and restaurant was great with friendly and happy staff fairly accomodating
Improvement could be in the restaurant hours for breakfast may be an hour longer and probably should utilise outdoor entertainment area near the pool open for may be drinks on Friday/Saturday nights or open all day too including purchase of snacks etc
Would also be happy if they had porter to carry your luggage to and from hotel rooms
