Very nice Hotel. unfortunately they only serve Asian food of a night time in the Resturant as Im a Diabetic on Insulin this food did not count on my Diet
I believe it is more than 900 Metres to the town & too far to walk if you are an older person.
The service was good & very friendy.

Welcoming atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful. The Bali style restaurant was a delight, the food on offer was excellent and the complimentary wine was appreciated.
As a single person, I felt comfortable, safe and happy in the environment

Room was great!! Hotel was within walking distance of shopping and Ocean. Staff was good.
Our first impression of this resort started...
Our first impression of this resort started at the airport..as they offer free pick-up (and drop off) shuttle services, we called upon arrival and the guy who picked up (i think his name was paul) who did not hv any warmth in his voice (despite my cheery greeting!) informed me that the shuttle will arrive in 15 minutes..
shuttle arrived in 25 minutes..so be prepared to wait!
overall impression of the hotel is tt it's quite nice..for the price you pay! location is a bit far from city (15 minutes really fast walk!) but room and basic amenities OK.
breakfast, service is not top notch but then again, it's the people and not the hotel. food selection is what you expect for a continental breakfast.

I would like to congratulate the staff for their kindness and excellent overall attitude towards their guests. Especially the German receptionist and the Restaurant manager and girlfriend. Throughout our stay they made us feel very welcome and at home. I would certainly recommend to other people, choose this hotel.

I am fully satisfied with my stay in Bay Village for 3 nights and deeply impressed by the good services provided by their staff. For instance, the receptionalists (a German lady in particular) were very helpful and conversant with the different types of tour packages and thus gave valuable advice to us. During our leave, we were late for a few minutes in meeting the scdehuled shuttle bus. Nevertheless, the shuttle bus driver (a German also) still waited for us so that we could meet the flight time. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

They have a pick-up service from the airport. The rooms are OK and the staff is very helpful. Within a 10 minutes walk you are in the city. They have a very good restaurant.
