Central location
Very good location for access to all amenities. Lovely room with balcony. We had a 'room only' package, but many nearby cafes and restaurants were open for breakfast. Great to have use of a swimming pool.
Overpriced for what you get. Tiny...
Overpriced for what you get. Tiny bed, old TV and renovation of room needed badly. If you like, scalding water in shower, then freezing cold, then scalding, then freezing, this is the place for you! You pay for location, but so many other options, I would forget this place.

It is a nice comfortable hotel. Just a word of caution; when you chek out, make it sure that they did not charge any unless you had some expenses in the hotel. After I come home I checked my credit card account and found $117.54 charge by the hotel for no reason. I am still trying to get the money back.

The room was very functional, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. The balcony and view were great--the city looked so beautiful at night.
The breakfast buffet had a nice selection, and Monsoon Restaurant was outstanding. Although we usually go somewhere different each night when traveling, Monsoon was so good we went twice. The food was creative and delicious, and the wait staff were wonderful. They were attentive, personable and responsive.
The desk staff and housekeeping staff were also very pleasant and responsive.
We really appreciated the availability of a self-service laundry on site.
The 'gift shop' was odd--very limited hours and very few items. But with all the surrounding stores, it really wasn't an issue.
The only negative was that, while the hotel promises 'free, in-room movies', those channels on the TV did not work. The desk staff had no idea how to work the TV, and the person they sent up to check it out said the engineer would have to handle it. That never happened.
