I really like the motel and room...
I really like the motel and room is white color, quite romantic & comfortable...however, the location is a little bit far away from the city (about 30 minutes walk)

I have an overall good opinion of...
I have an overall good opinion of the facilities: the room size was adequate, it was comfortable and clean. However I have two major complaints I found very annoying that they would not consider my request to get a (partial) refund, despite the fact that I have e-mailed with more than 24 hours in advance that I would not make it for the first night (and that was because the flight from Buenos Aires to Santiago de Chile arrived 4 hours late and therefore I missed the connection to Sydney and had to stay overnight in Santiago). Finally, I would have appreciated that they provided free wi-fi service.

good accomodation, bit of a walk into town but on a fair day not a problem. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

The Hotel is comfortable. The personal is nice and collaborative. A bit far from the center to walk there even if we did in half hour.

We only stayed here for 1 night,...
We only stayed here for 1 night, but wanted to stay longer. The hotel was clean, very friendly and close to the centre. It was near the sea front. I will stay here on my next visit. The pool was excellent.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights...
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as our first stopping point on a 4 week break runnig down the East coast of Australia. The hotel staff could not do enough to make you feel more welcome. Excellent for all age groups and very helpful with excursions. Very clean. Would definately stay here again - top marks to the staff running this hotel. Thanks for starting our holiday off with a good start.

Fantastic place to stay. We found...
Fantastic place to stay. We found the staff so helpful. We felt completely at home. We even got butter for breakfast from the owners kitchen when we said we didn't like margarine on our toast. Nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend Reef Palms to anybody who was looking for somewhere to stay in Cairns.
