I have stayed there before in a...
I have stayed there before in a better room. Its location is ideal. The surrounds are peaceful. The rooms are tired and not clean, The resturant is poor. food poorly presented and prepared. Coffee, a spoon of Nescafe with water.($4.00!!) Wine obtained by going outside the hotel, purchased, and brought back the long way. Renovations aside, the organisation, poor. There were about 20 who dined there on two occasions and many stayed there, we were all disappointed. I will certainly look at an apartment or a better hotel on my next visit. I have stayed at two other hotels in the same area, I would prefer either of them.

I felt regretful when I stayed in...
I felt regretful when I stayed in Canberra at the time. For some reasons, initially, I was arranged by a room without cleaning at my arrival. Secondly, it was terrible smell in the room while I suffered four nights there. Finally it was not eligible to be entitled as four- star-hotels with respect to my knowledge. I am looking forward to doing your inspection in that hotel.
