The hotel is centrally located and very quiet, with good beds. However, the hotel did not have our booking on arrival which took some time to sort out, and there was also confusion by the staff who wanted to charge the rooms despite them being paid for in advance through Asiarooms. The hairdryers in both rooms did not work. A little disappointing considering the cost of the rooms as we would have expected more professional service and better facilities.
