hotel is good...but few things missing are...
hotel is good...but few things missing are swimming pool, bathroom is very small and the rooms are fairly old. but location is awesome !

Ideal location, right on Darling Harbour, and...
Ideal location, right on Darling Harbour, and fantastic view from harbour-view room. Bathroom was a little small for a hotel of this calibre and would benefit from a refit and better soundproofing (noisy when water being drawn for shower/toilet in adjoining room). Short walk to shopping arcades and Pitt Street. If you're reasonably fit, you can also walk to Circular Quay.

The hotel is lovely and the location...
The hotel is lovely and the location is great but i not for the budget traveller .Im sure that if you looked about you could get a hotel with a good location at better price,its not really worth the cost.

WE HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES HERE BEFORE,...
WE HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES HERE BEFORE, THIS TIME WE WERE DISAPPOINTED . THE PLUMBING IN THE ROOMS WAS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY, EVERY NOISE IN THE BATHROOM OF ADJOINING ROOMS COULD BE HEARD AND THERE SEEMED TO BE A PROBLEM WITH WATER CYLINDER NOISE IN THE CORRIDOR CUPBOARDS.I WOULD GO SO FAR AS TO SAY THAT THIS TIME OUR EXPERIENCE WAS NOT AS GREAT AS EXPECTED.

The service was good, but it is still a relativley expensive hotel by comparison with what you can get on specials elsewhere. I what like to put in a special thanks for the service and friendly attitude of Tony at the outdoor arrival point.
