A very nice apartment to stay at....
A very nice apartment to stay at. Room is big and nice equipped! Room service is not available everyday. And we need to take our rubbish to the waste collection room by ourselves, otherwise charge will apply!!!!! Towel will not be changed everyday, if u do want so, AU$10 per apartment!!! They don't have 24 hours reception. Our departure flight was at 12am at night. We can't store our luggage at the hotel since their reception will be closed. We needed to find other places to store our luggage in. Staff can't do anything to help us out!! Service is not available at most time. However, location not bad. Only 10 - 15 min walk from the city. Free city shuttle bus (red cat) is just across the road. Will stay there again if my departure time can match their reception opening hours.

Our first time to stay in a serviced apartment, from 1 - 8 June 2009. I like the fact that we can prepare our own meal, do daily laundry as the apartment is equipped with kitchen (full set of cooking utensils), dishwasher and washing machine at the bathroom.
Location is good. The apartment is so near to Perth City Centre. Red CAT (public bus) ride usually takes us 10 minutes to town. There is a small supermarket near the apartment. They close at 12 midnight daily and open at 6:30am. Very convenience and easy to get around. Further down the street, 10 minutes by foot you can see Perth Mint on your right. An eye-opening execurtion for us.
We would stay here again as home cooks are much much cheaper than eating out, especially when you spend a long holiday with kid.

It does come with a free carpark. Just outside the hotel, you could get a free ride to Murray Street mall with the Transperth bus (green cat). There are convenience store on the next street and the adjacent street. Very centralized location to get around Perth City.

Good location, near the city and has ample parking space. The apartment is cosy and clean. All furniture are new and comfortable. The only drawback is there is only 1 air-con in the living room, none in the bedrooms.

I arrived at the hotel at around...
I arrived at the hotel at around 0900hrs on 23Mar09 after a tiring flight from Singapore. Though I have requested for possible early check-in at the time of booking, I was denied check-in until 12noon. In short, I was made to wait for another three long hours. What I don't understand is that, the room that were allocated to us was not occupied the previous night,yet the hotel reception refused to check-in me so that I could have a good rest. I thought, more flexibility could have been exercised in this respect. The hotel missed the opportunity to excel or go beyond the extra miles in customer service.

The only problem we had was that when we arrived it was after 2.30 on a Sunday, the reception was closed and if we had not had a mobile phone to call the caretaker for the instructions to get in or if he did not read English we would have been in trouble. It was all a bit impersonal, but the apartment was lovely and very handy for most things without being in the middle of the city, which is really much quieter. We were very pleased with the place and would certainly stay again as long as the standard and value is maintained.

Pleasant stay except we were not informed that a passcode is required to retrieve room keys for late night checkin. In the end, we have to make calls at IDD rate to contact the staff to give us the passcode.
