Staff were very helpful. Collected us from ferry transfer terminal when arriving back from Heron Island and took us to hotel. Very handy for the main shopping street in Gladstone. Restaurant in the hotel was very nice, sensible prices. Room had a nice view over the harbor. Would stay here again if in area.
