The front desk were rude did not go out of their way at all.
Great Location.
The room size is fine but everything is looking quite worn. Carpets have lots of stains. As does the rest of furniture. In serious need of refurbishmnet.
Would look elsewhere next time.
Not really a two bedroom apartment as second bedrrom is only separated from kitchen and lounge room by glass sliding doors.

The spaciousness of the room, we stayed on the 7th. floor, was enormous. It was an apartment I could live in. The oceanview was great.
The kitchen is fully equiped and with three bathrooms there is enough space.
Only negative thing that I could mention is that fact the place has no internet options, unless you bring your own laptop.
The CD player did not work anymore, but normally you would not even have one, still it would have been nice if it worked.

Stayed for 5 nights. 1 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for 2 persons. Apartment was serviced everyday and we always found a clean room when we returned. Reception was friendly and very helpful.Close to shops and restaurants and also the beach - no complaints there. The tram took us directly to the city - what more could we ask for? Love very minute of our stay there and will stay there again on our next trip.

The second bedroom was very small and there was only 1 two seater couch for a 2 bedroom apartment but other than that everything was good.
Great location on the beach in Glenelg, great for familys with heaps of family entertainment and eateries nearby.

My wife and I were very impressed with the room and set up. It's nice not to have a room taken up with beds so the separate bedroom was a definite plus. A room higher than the first floor is probably best due to noise from the foreshore and restaurants. The hotel is close to all facilities and Glenelg is always a pleasure to visit. We did not use many of the facilities that the room offered but were very happy with everything. Cheers.
Glenelg is a lovely lovely place to...
Glenelg is a lovely lovely place to stay (much preferable to the city centre I'd say) and the Plaza Pier is the perfect hotel once you're there - right on the beach (pay extra for a sea view, it's so worth it), very handy for the Glenelg restaurants and bars and the tram into the city, nice staff, great facilities and very well priced. Definitely recommended.
