We were up -graded to a suite which was wonderful. Breakfast was included and served in our room, not so good, it was 40 mins late and made us late to meet our friends also it was cold.

AMAZING
LOVED EVERY THING FROM START TO FINISH ,IT WAS SO CHRISTMASSY THERE , CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS AND TREES WHERE SO LOVELY ,,,, POOLS BARS ACCOMMODATION STAFF FOOD WAS ALL EXCELLENT

Excellent value for money
Huge hotel, very well located. Rooms are quite big and service is really nice.Not suitable for an intimate retreat but perfect if you want to enjoy the city, the beach, the casino and the shows.
I would advise not to take breakfast at the hotel. Very nice area of coffee shops and good restaurants in front of the hotel

Our stay at Conrads was the best...
Our stay at Conrads was the best thing we did as we had the kids with us so we thought it would be good to spend all day with the kids checking the sites out then they came back and went for a swim as the pools were heated. Me and my partner were also there for our Chrissy party so the kids did there own thing. the rooms were perfect for what we needed and the service was awesome. The restaurants were always full but never had to wait long for a table and the food was so fresh and lovely. I would reccomend this to anyone who has kids.

The casino overall is fantastic. Plenty...
The casino overall is fantastic. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, although I would recommend making a reservation as they fill up quickly. The stage show is great and worth seeing. I think you can get dinner and the show through the hotel for around $65. The pool area is great. The hotel rooms are a little tired and in need of a refurb although we didn't spend too much time in the room so this wasn't to big of a problem. Overall a great overnight stay.

Situated at Broadbeach which is south of...
Situated at Broadbeach which is south of the Surfer's Paradise A large complex with all modern conveniences. Multiple restaurants and, of course, the casino. Excellent show at the theatre downstairs. Good rooms with 2 double beds and network connection for laptop. Reasonable sizes. Has a Monorail station outside to take you across to the shopping mall. Overall, a very good modern hotel, but maybe a bit on the pricey side.

Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, especially the toilet and shower area. Tissue and toilet paper are not replenished accordingly. Food at Spinners has no varieties. Service staff at the Casino cashier counters are unfriendly.
