I had expected more from a 4...
I had expected more from a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was old and dirty, which clearly needed renovatiing, but reception advised me that they had been upgraded. Obviously my room was left out! My bed had biscuit crumbs of some sort between the sheets, in which I never ate anything in the hotel room, except apples. Reception were helpful, but they were poor at directing locations. The only thing that I was please with, were the great restaurants. I was quite disappointed with my stay.

it was a very nice experience to stay in this hotel. The welcoming was excellent. Rooms are clean and good size. The service was nice and fast. I would stay again next time
