As you may be aware of our trip with you to Thailand, in which we booked all of our accommodation through your agency, we were extremely happy with our choices and your hotels.
So based on our very positive impression, we booked our accommodations with you for our trip to Australia.
All of the accommodation were excellent and we were happy with our choices in Sydney’s Grace Hotel and Hamilton Island. Surfers Paradise was however a different story.
Surfers Paradise – International Beach Resort - our booking reference 40446371.
This should have been a 3.5 star hotel and the web site looked good. The staff was polite and to some extend accommodating after some conversation.
However;
Room was not ready on time
Hallways and room carpet was dirty
AC noisy
Room was shabby
Furnishing not up to standard
TV not working
No Tissue paper
Room was not cleaned on time
No fan in Bathroom
This is not what was expected and far bellow the standard of all of your other hotels offered.

This is our first time going to Australia. We stayed 2 days at International Beach Resort. When we reached there we need to arrange transportation to airport, they are able to make the arrangement very promptly. The room size is big and it's directly sea view room. We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom water flow is great. Although things are a bit old but that doesn't matter. Within walking distance there is shopping area that is still open after 5pm. There is variety of choices for food there. Many souvenirs there. Convenient to go to Dream World, Sea World and etc by bus. Overall it's great. Good for low budget travellers. Also there is breakfast provided.

Location was good, near many shops, restaurants, etc. in Surfer's Paradise. We had a room with a nice ocean view and balcony. However, this property is very dated and the bedroom, bathroom, etc. were furnished in a rather spartan manner. The room was large (included kitchenette, living room and separate bedroom). The staff was very helpful. Overall, I would only recommend to travellers who prioritize location and view and do not mind that the hotel and room have a very 'economy' feel to them.

Very nice place to stay, may be a bit old fashioned but we didn't mind. Spectacular view with the sunrise and ocean.

The room was very old and not maintained. The kitchen was disgusting. The lounge area was so uncomfortable that we used the chairs from the patio to watch TV. The TV was old and the remotes did not work. The rugs were disgusting. Even the hallways were very dirty.
Great for college kids on school holiday.
Other than the location, nothing good to say about the place.

The location is excellent, just in front of the Surfers Paradise. I was considered lucky to have a room facing the ocean, on the top floor. It's great to have the sunrise in the morning. The receiptionist lady and the guy actually pretty helpful, kind and friendly. However, the bathroom is not that clean, found a ciggaretes butt and also empty soap box? in the corner of the bathroom (although it's non smoking room). After the rain, the corridor's floor was flooded with water. During my first night, the smoke detector was sounded in the middle of the night and I couldnt found what's the problem (Contact the receiptionist and the next thing; I need to take it down myself and unplugged the battery). Also, the free breakfast was out of taste.

Good value for money, fantastic location, it has seen better times (a bit oldish) , but everything was immaculate in the room. Breakfast was satisfactory too. Recommend it for budget travellers and families.
Excellant Location! Just 5 mins walking to...
Excellant Location! Just 5 mins walking to the heart of the Surfer Paradise. Breakfast included to save a lot in breakfast (ave. AUD20 to have a breakfast outside). Big Bathroom compared with other. I should stay again in future!
