the motel says its the closest to the airport but it is not.
the motel also says it is near the ferry depot to the city but it is at least half a mile away.
the staff at the reception was extremely helpfull
the food in the resturant was average
and the aircond did not work, my fault i should of asked for help.
for the cost i expected something better but with Australia now being a expensive destination the motel reflects that level of price

Our family arrived at midnight and this hotel was the nearest we found from the airport.We were a family of 5 and the room size plus beds were perfect.This is perfect stop before you head out for your long drive which is what we did.There's nothing fancy about the place but its still very clean and practical!

An excellent hotel for a night or two. A nice restaurant, we had supper and breakfast there which was fine.
However not so good for seniors as there is no elevator and no porter to help with baggage.
The advertised WIFI was non-existent which was a disappointment.

A good budget hotel, clean, friendly staff...
A good budget hotel, clean, friendly staff and only a 25AUD ride from the airport. Got a 7 AUD bus transfer back to the airport. Also a short walk from the citycat (hovercraft taxi) that takes you all the way into town (and beyond) and gives great views of Brisbane.

The walls were not very attractive and just looked as though after building no plastering had been done. Otherwise not bad for one night stay.
We were very disappointed in our stay...
We were very disappointed in our stay at the Hacienda - thank goodness it way only for one night. Definitely not the place to stay for seniors or anyone with a physical disability. We had to lug our heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs with no offer of assistance. The motel looks very old, shabby and rundown - not worth the price that was charged. The room was a good size, the bathroom very small, the carpet looked very old and dirty - I was not comfortable walking barefoot. I would absolutely not recommend this motel to anyone nor would I ever stay there again.
