We had a great stay at the Bungalows, we also thought it was the best accommodation there as we like our own privacy so it was perfect!!
The cockatoos on the balcony were great too he he!!

We stayed in the Palm Bungalows for 3 nights. Overall, the island is a bit dated and has the feel of an all -inclusive holiday resort rather than an exclusive island. The bungalows were clean and were a good size but didn't really have a feel of class for its 3 star rating. We ate in the steakhouse, italian and pizza restaurants (we couldn't get into any of the other "classier" restaurants as they were all fully booked). Wouldn't recommend the steakhouse. Italian and pizza was good. Everyobdy uses golf buggies to get around the island but to be fair, you don;t really need them as the island is so small, plus the hire costs are very expensive.

Bungalows are slightly dated, but the privacy and space more than makes up for it. We considered staying at the Reef View Hotel, however are very happy with our decision to stay in the Bungalows. Nothing is cheap on HI, but these at least offered value.

Only stayed 2 nights but enjoyed lovely setting very close to beach and facilities. Bungalows very welcoming along with wildlife - a possum decided to pay a visit to our verandah! Only criticism would be the cleanliness of the bungalows - would have benefited from a good dust and we had to wash dirty coffee cups when we arrived. Ordered pizzas first night - take away - very expensive!!!!!! Boat trips to Whitehaven Beach and the reef excellent.
Will return for a longer stay.
Really good place to stay, the bungalows...
Really good place to stay, the bungalows are lovely, secluded, but still right in the middle of the resort. Hamilton island has a free shuttle bus around the island to take you to resort, marina and hotels which is really good. We had breakfast included and had a choice of 3 places we could go which was really nice. Definitely going back!
