Room was OK. Location is great, close...
Room was OK. Location is great, close to the action. However the indian lady working at the reception is abosulutely clueless and not helpful at all..

The lower price bracket, whilst reflecting size...
The lower price bracket, whilst reflecting size of room & quality of fittings, does not reflect the value for money. Service was excellent, and the location is fantastic. Close to markets, darling harbour & chinatown, as well as shopping. We as a family can afford to go for a couple of nights away in the city, close to everything, in a safe, clean place.

Surprised that actually gave us sleeping bunk...
Surprised that actually gave us sleeping bunk for 4 persons, which provides ample of space. However, room is a bit crowded. And No hair dryer. Overall, still a nice stay with friendly staff and nice environment-

The rooms, though clean are really small....
The rooms, though clean are really small. The beds are fairly uncomfortable and the pillows completely flat. The concerige service was mendered by someone whom was under training and hence the "professionsl" touch was lacking. The hotel is however located right at teh door step of Chinatown, which is great.
