Greetings,
My name is Andrew and I am writing this on behalf of my parents who recently travelled to Tasmania on a ship cruise, and stayed in Hobart at the Grand Chancellor. I booked this hotel for them personally, based on internet research only.
They have now returned home from their holiday and from their delighted stories, were both absolutely thrilled with their experiences not just on the cruise, but also at the "Grand." They enjoyed wonderful service and charm from the staff at all times, an atmosphere of elegance not just found in their own room, but throughout the hotel, a fantastic harbour view from the room selected, and easy access to Hobart city, cafes and restaurants. All from the Grand Chancellor.
My parents have asked me to write this, and say they would not hesitate to return and stay at the hotel in the future. Everything was clean, and well presented, far exceeding the standard found onboard their cruise ship.
In fact, they would like to modify the room they had at the "Grand" ever so slightly, and reside there themselves... permanently!
To everyone at the "Grand"... thank you so very much for taking good care of my parents earlier this month.
